Overview
This is a mandatory, three-day initial accreditation course required by the EPA and the State of Michigan for anyone performing asbestos inspections and sampling. The course provides comprehensive training on federal (AHERA/ASHARA) and state regulations, teaching individuals to identify, assess, and safely collect bulk samples of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in public, commercial, and school buildings. Successful completion allows attendees to apply for Michigan state certification to conduct legally compliant asbestos inspections.
